There used to be a restaurant in Greenwich Village, on West 4th and Barrow called Bianchi and Margarita, where the waiters sang opera, but they have been closed for a few years.

Mangio e Bevi on Ninth Avenue and 53rd Street has singing waiters and singing patrons, but I don't recall opera. People were singing Dean Martin and Vic Damone songs. The waiters hand out tambourines.

Ellen's Stardust Diner on Broadway and 51st Street has singing waitresses, but, they are singing 50's and 60's songs, not opera.
