Do what I did - develop a taste for Keystone Lite (it's Coors Lite in a blue can). I pick up a 30 pack at the local Racetrack for $13.

Here you go:
- Always buy a 30 pack
- Also have a good beer (That is a bit darker). You can mix these beers and will get a mid-range beer.
- Learn how to make beer. Once you've done it a few times it it really simple but you can make REALLY good beer and the cost per bottle is almost a few cents.
- Also consider a home made unit with a c02 tank so you can have a quarter for 1/10 keg (which are big now) in fridge.

I would tell you to drink OPB (other peoples beer) but I am usually the other person. I try to buy my beer on sale and buy a couple of cases at a time. When you have a party make it BYOB (bring your own beer or booze). It will save you a ton of money. Or take up a collection when you have a party and buy a keg.
Hope this helps..

You splurge on parties. You don't want to be know as the person who brings the Acme beer and drinks all the Sopora.

For the daily stuff, either buy in bulk or drink at a friend's house.

I like real beer and buy it for general consumption. Most folks I know think Bud Lite is beer and won't drink the good stuff. More for me. So I'm not a good host.

Just get a paper and check all the daily ads. Usually an Osco"s or CVS usually has the best prices. Also check your supermarket ads for lowest prices. Twenty or thirty packs also run cheaper.

Read the fliers in the paper and look for the sales. We switch between three different stores depending on the sales.

Just don't drink it! I give parties and I go to parties but that is not a problem for me. I don't serve it at my parties and I don't drink it at other parties. Simple solution.

start brewing your own. it only takes about as much to by the distiller as you would spend at the liquor store. than you can have beer when ever you want it.
