Yes, especially if they are organic.

Can you email me your recipe for curried cauliflower?

Veggies will last a short time depending on if refrigerated or not. And then, temperature in or out of refrigerator, humidity, etc...I invested in a "seal-a-meal" system I bought at Target for 40-50 dollars. After grocery shopping, I divide up into servings, and seal my veggies, fruits, and meats tightly. No air, less spoilage, more storage time. Sometimes up to 2 weeks, depending on the food. Previously, I bought fresh, ate fresh, but spent more time commuting back and forth to the store. GL!

without a fridge probably rot within a day in tropical weather. If the weather is a cold climate, may last few days a week. If a fridge probably a few weeks and it can last longer wrapped with plastic or maybe newspaper. Good luckl!!

your serious?

yes, it is a fact of life that vegtibles get rotten being they are living things taken from their 'home' so to speak.

Vegtibles are not meant to use are table orniments for years until you wish to snack down.

if you really want to save vegtibles, get a pressure cooker and learn how to can your foods.

Depends on what veggies you have. If they aren't bad yet, you could probably freeze some of them.
