How long would you have to now shower before you can litterally see your dead skins cells falling off, if possible.

It depends on how dark your skin is. The darker the earlier you will be apply to detect the dead skin which some folks call ashy. Skin dies daily, so if you are darker than a black cat on a cloudy night then one day you should be able to see the dry dead skin. Good luck on not bathing or moisturizing.

There are plenty of people who don't shower that often, think Africa, and Afghanistan. They probably don't see their dead skin cells falling off any more than you or I do because the outer layer of skin is already mostly dead cells, and they get scraped away during everyday movement.

Once when I had a cast on for a broken arm I was unable to clean my arm for a few weeks. When the cast came off, the dead skin was still on, but there was a new layer of new skin below. I took my hand and pulled off a layer of skin that was about 4 inches long, and about an inch wide. It was super disgusting, it was like snake skin shedding because it was still mostly intact.

Dead skin cells fall off people all the time whether they shower or not. A lot of common household dust is dead skin.

Being dirty doesn't make your skin fall off any quicker than being clean, it just makes you unhealthy.
