If he hasn't made an effort to do anything I would say give up sweetie. No chemistry, no relationship. All girls have to give up guys they like it's just a way of life.

You went out, so thats a start. Keep going out until things become more serious, or if you want things to happened faster tell him that you like him and want to do more than just date...
