Maybe step back for a moment to ask yourself if you are 100% sure that you are doing nothing that provokes your parents to yell at you. I am guessing that you must be a teenager. Sounds to me that you may be having a moment of frustration maybe because you heard the word " NO " from them. Try to be understanding if your parents are being cheap there may be a reason, maybe the are strapped right now financially. They do have bills to pay. I mean, are you fed and clothed with a roof over your head? If not than you may need to find new parents. But new parents on the count of you aren't getting your way.... not happening. Maybe you could see if you could get a small job after school and make some money to help out, or get what ever it is you need. Maybe if you foot the bill you will be a bit cheap at times too. Just a thought. Good luck, and be nice to your parents being a grown up is hard sometimes too:0)
p.s. I speak from experience, my oldest is now 18 :0)

Sorry it is rough at your house. Do you have someone you can talk to? School counselor? Teen drop in? Good aunt/friend? Coach? You may need to get family counseling to help your parents do a better job of letting you know they love you. Everyone gets frustrated and tired and yells sometimes. I am sure they don't realize how badly they make you feel. Don't take the bait and yell with them. I think you are smart to know it is their deal and not you that is the problem. I think there are a lot of kids in the same boat. Soon you will be old enough to make your own money and your own decisions. Don't let your frustration with your parents make you act out, okay? Set yourself up for a better life with a good education and get out of there. You might not be able to get new parents, but you can get busy and be around them less and around positive, fun people more. Best of luck. Sorry they suck.

Lol, umm only if you had a lot of money you could get a "divorce" from your parents, but do you really want to do that?
Yeah parents can be weird and confusing, but I dont know, you can learn how to deal with it, not let it get to you or just completely ignore them. Just dont give it much thought, no ones family life is perfect, so this isnt something out of the ordinary.

You are probably stuck with the parents who brought you into this world. Hopefully someday you will start to see some positive aspects of them also as they have the toughest job on the planet - parenting. Also be careful about what you say as majority of us have said that we would never do such and such as our parents when we were younger. But guess what, as we grew we find ourselves saying and doing the same as we witnessed. Children truly do live what they learn.

You can petition to be an emancipated minor, but it's doubtful you'll actually win unless your parents are blatantly abusive or neglectful. My advice would be to suck it up and appreciate them. How would you feel if you never saw them again? My guess would be awful. Losing someone permanently has a way of, as someone once said, "weeding out the trivial."

No you cant replace the people that gave life to you but you can find someone else to care for you. My aunt and uncle raised me but they cant replace my parents.

A great saying is you can choose your friends NOT your family and its very true . If you are a youngster ask for help, theres help out there ,or if not get out and try to make a life of your own you deserve it, best of luck and take care.

I am so sorry to hear that. I know what you mean. On my birthday my parents gave me a picture of a birthday cake . They were really cheap. It was black and white.

Sometimes the problem is not that the parents are yelling too much...
Sometimes the son/daughter is not listening to instructions given by the parent(s) so they go berserk.
Unless your parents are like my mother (who I think has PMS quite frequently [I call PMS: Pissed Mother Syndrome]), she overreacts to the slighted error; then it is you.

Only if they abuse you or abuse drugs. Then only a judge can decide to set a temporary or "foster" parent. You really should think about replacing your education though.
