First and for most every body need to understand that even though Christ is are religion of the USA ,there are alto of different religions and cultures that are in the US. saying that atheists should not be a citizens of this country is like saying that people who believe in another religion should not be a citizen of this country as well

I'm a Christian, and I disagree with that statement! A person's individual beliefs should not determine his or her citizenship status! But what do you expect from a Bush?! Weeds!

I’m becoming neutral in political affairs lately. Why?

Look at the source for the answer to 'why?' question.

Added: I disagreed about his opinion on atheists.

Disagree. Statements like this make me FEAR the Christian right. I get visions of concentration camps, witch burnings, and Athiest and Pagan refugees crossing the Northern border in droves seeking safety in Canada. I worry that's where we're heading if the zealots keep at it.

What's funny is that he was so ignorrant of U.S. history, he didn't know that "one nation under god" wasn't added until 1957, after the knights of columbus (catholic group) pushed it through.

He apparantly didn't read these either:

"The Bible is not my book nor Christianity my profession. I could never give assent to the long, complicated statements of Christian dogma."
- Abraham Lincoln

"I have found Christian dogma unintelligible. Early in life, I absenteed myself from Christian assemblies."
-Benjamin Franklin

"All national institutions of churches, whether Jewish, Christian or Turkish, appear to me no other than human inventions, set up to terrify and enslave mankind, and monopolize power and profit. "
-Thomas Paine

Disagree. Church and State are sperate. I don't belong to a church but I was born in this country. I pay my taxes and don't violate the laws of our country. What, you have to close your mind off to other possibilites to be an American, well if that's the case then maybe I wouldn't want to be.

Vehemently disagree. But you're pulling our legs right. The Great President Bush would never say anything that stupid. Would he?
