when I do mine, I just squirt it onto my finger and rub it in. I only leave it on for less than 10 mins so it will look natural. After applying, I go around them with a wet cloth so it doesn't stain my skin. When I remove it, I do it the same way, with the corner of a wet towel, (an old one.) Just be careful not to get it in your eye, and don't ever put it in your ladhes. You will go blind.

Honey: Notyou311 is right. You must be extremely careful when applying the dye. Remember that dye tends to bleed so apply some hair gel or conditioner around the area to prevent unwanted stains. Keep a paper towel handy and check it every few minutes so that you may wipe off the excess as it processes.
Take your time and wipe off the dye from your eyebrows before rinsing.
Cheers,
Mr. M on "how long."

I use hair dye to lighten my eyebrows. Depending on the desired color that you want to achieve depends on the length of time that you leave it on. I start w/ 5min and if that is not enough I go 3minutes longer. I would not go any longer than 15min.
To apply take a clean mascara wand (you can pick some up at Ulta or a make-up counter they have disposable ones. Or you could clean one off really well. I use the disposable ones myself) then brush the dye through your brows, being careful not to get it too close to your eyes. It may itch or burn slightly because of sensitive skin.
If you get your hair dyed at a salon just request that they also dye your brows. It costs around $10.
Good luck.

I have dyed my brows, I used a toothpick. Use hair dye, your eye brows are hair. Put dye in a bottle cap. Pick up dye with toothpick and fleece through brows slowly. Get up close and personal in the mirror when you do with good lighting. Leave on 5 to 10 minutes, checking for desired results.

I have never dyed my brows, but I have had my lashes dyed. It is NOT worth it. If there aren't directions on the dye you are using for eyebrows, I wouldn't suggest using it in that area. I belive there are dyes that are safer. Is there a cosmo school near by? Try them, they are cheap, and have an instructor to help.

Leave it on the same amount of time you leave it on your hair. Apply it with a Q tip and be very careful. Hair dye can cause blindness.

Be careful is definetely a good one, especially if it has amonia in it. leave it on about 10 minutes less then you would on your head to prevent skin irritation or burning. You have to pick up the hair in little sections with your fingers and do that best you can cuz if you try to apply it any other way, your skin will probly be stained.

it depends on the color line. its always good to use a semi-permeant hair color. its safer and works just as good. most semi-per you are gonna leave on for around 15 give or take about 5mins, really it all depends on the line that you are using! you follow directions on mixing, get a small applicator brush and apply. its good to have some color remover or alchol handy to get the color off skin. if you go to a salon most salons will offer this to exisiting clients free of charge.
