As long as it does NOT contain Hydrogenated Oil!

The reason H.O. is so bad is because it contains toxic trans fatty acids. Trans fatty acids are fat molecules that have been chemically altered. These deformed fatty acids wreck havoc in our bodies. Recent research has shown that they contribute to cancer, heart disease, diabetes, MS, and many other health problems. It is far more dangerous than any other fat known. Many peanut butters have hydrogenated oils, so please check your labels.

Skippy has a Natural Peanut butter which is very good and safe to eat. There are other good brands, you just have to read your labels.

Not horrible but i might sugest you slow down. Peanut butter is in the same food group as meats and beans:protein. If you eat to many the same thing can happen to you like if you had too much meat or beans. you could get fat, clogged arteries, etc. so..some protein is good but too much-not so good.

the protein in it is good
but the fat content is high. do some reasearch & find if it's HighDensityLipid(the okay kind) or LowDensityLipid(the bad kind).

as with anything,"all things in moderation" is the key.
