I don't think you want a sensible answer. Perhaps you are like the Pharisees who always liked to try to trip Jesus up. Jesus didn't cast the first stone because His mission was forgiveness. He came to save sinners.

He even said - Luke 6: 27, 28 "But I tell you who hear me: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you," 28 bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you."

He told the woman who was caught in sin "Neither do i condemn you. Go and sin no more."

He's my kind of God!

Just because Jesus would have been qualified to cast that stone doesn't mean it was the right thing to do. It just means Jesus knew the guys with rocks in their hands were as guilty as the woman they wanted to kill so she couldn't tell their wives what they had been doing.
And when Jesus ordered her to sin no more, my guess is most of those guys with their stones in their hands went out and found some other woman to sin with and God judged them for it.

According to the law of the time, he was perfectly justified to do so. It is always easier to do harm to others, it is harder to show mercy. Isn't it funny that kindness has to be learned and hatred is inherrent in us all? It would seem to me that by actually doing the right thing instead of just preaching about it, Jesus set a better example to us all. He did not just do that, he forgave her and then he warned her. Do not do this again. It was not blanket forgiveness, it was a lesson for all including the woman accused. He was letting everyone know that no one sin is greater than another and we should learn from them all.

Jesus, The Son of Man and Son of God, Who Was and Is and Is To Come, posed that question to the accusers of the adulteress. He had every right to judge this woman for her sins, because He Is God. As God having complete authority over any and all judges He chose to forgive her out of grace and as an example to men that we should not judge lest we be judged! The accusers caught His meaning well! Why haven't you?

Don't worry, Jesus will cast stones at the Judgment.

Because it wasn't time for Jesus to judge the world.
He came here to teach and to preach the Good News of God's Kingdom and to establish the Christian Congregation.

It was a parable meant to instruct his followers. Not an actual event. However if is was an actual event he could have given the same lesson of forgiveness and compassion. He did not choose to cause pain, he loves us.

Because Jesus wasn't one of the accusers.

The bible states that he chose not to. He told the woman, "Go, and sin no more"

Jesus Christ chose mercy and grace for her and for us all.

It will not always be this way. He will judge, as it is written.

He wasn't talking about to Himself but to the people surrounding Him.
