my favorite is being genuinely honest & helpful. (well, & a little passive aggressive!) I like to say things like "Hey, Mr. Bully, does your mom not hug you enough & that's why you treat me this way?" or "Whoever told you it's OK to treat me this way was wrong." or "This is not the best way to deal with your anger." I always like to follow it up with phyical contact, like a touch on the arm or shoulder & a sturn eye contact lock. do not "stoop to his level" by engaging him/her in verbal battles. smiling, not showing him/her that it bothers you, & continuing to engage him/her in positive communication will hopefully put an end to it. if you've got specific examples of how he/she bullies, I'd be ahppy to geive you hundreds of possible responses. good luck.

TURN HIM IN!!!

Honestly, the term "bully" is 100% equivalent to "harasser".

It is entirely unacceptable for the school administration or employer to allow this in any way, shape, or form. If they are aware that it is happening, they have a legal obligation to stop it.

the only way to deal with a bully is to stand up to them
