just wondering - if there are any accountants. When i do my taxes this year i pay $306.00 a month for private school tuition? I live in texas and my son is in elementary. Thanks

No. The education credits are just for post-secondary school.

No, tuition to a non-public school is not deductible. If there is any portion of the monthly fee for before school or after school care AND you can get the school to break down the before and after care, you may, depending on your tax circumstances, be able to use that portion as Child Care.
