Drain most of the liquid off the beans, then add the ground beef. Season to taste with onion and garlic powder, a little mustard, and a little bit of ketchup. Heat through and serve over toast or corn bread squares.
If you have cornbread mix, make it according to the package directions. Put the meat in a casserole and spread the corn bread smoothly over it. Make sure the corn bread completely covers the beans and hamburger and touches the edge of the casserole dish. Bake until the corn bread is done.
I've made more than one "desperation dinner" this way.

If you have condiments in the fridge, try adding ketchup 1+1/3 cup, mustard 1/2 tbsp, sweet relish 1tbsp, brown sugar 1 tbsp, and water 1/2 cup. Simmer in frying pan, add salt/pepper to taste, and serve. (Recipe above is for 2 lbs of hamburger meat, so you may have to adjust a little) Great sloppy joes!!! Or, add a little bit of ketchup and brown sugar, mix with the beans, and bake. Serve over noodles. Not sure what it is, but it should taste good!!!

Do you have any noodles? Any kind will do. And a can of stewed tomatoes or cut tomatoes will help. Cook your noodles (or rice would work too) Mix the meat with the beans and heat thoroughly toss in your onion if you have any then put that over your cooked noodles or rice and add a bit of grated cheese on top if you have that.
Or if you have a can of cream of mushroom soup heat the meat with that and pour over your noodles or rice.
Or add some onion to the meat. Then in a seperate pan cook up some potatoes. (I microwave mine first so they cook thoroughly) then toss in some stewed tomatoes and put all the ingredients together. Meat, onion, pots and toms.

Mince up an onion and throw it in there. If you have garlic, mince that up and throw it in.
Now you have two options: either you find/borrow some bbq sauce or go buy a thing of Manwich.
Feel free to add a dash of hot sauce!
Simmer this all on low-med heat, for about 15 minutes. SIMMER, not boil the sh*t out of it.
Serve on bread or burger buns (dear god, please make it whole grain. your colon loves you for it).
MAKE SURE TO DRAIN YOUR MEAT BEFORE YOU ADD SAUCE OR MANWICH. If you don't, you'll have greasey nasty meat. Greasy=gross.

Got any tomatos or onions? Refried beans? Salsa?
Throw together tacos or burritos....
Or boil some noodles and make spaghetti or alfredo.... There are soooooooooo many things you can do with ground beef.
Scramble some eggs and make omelettes for dinner.
