because I thought maybe he was just giving me eye contact.but if you see the way he looks at me you can tell that it's a flirty look.but I don't know weather he looks at me for eye contact or flirtyness

if he's smiling, laughing and playfully flirting with you then ya i would say he likes you*
Ask him if he wants to go skating or something one weekend afternoon. I'm sure he'll be glad you asked as then he will know You're interested too*
