Sleep all day?

No, it isn't good for you but yes, it does work. I know of only two energy drinks that actually work one is called Cocaine (no joke) and can only be found in select gas stations. Usually Shell stations have them and I've seen a few Chevrons that carried them. The other is called Redline and usually the only place you can find it is at Herb Stores like GNC. I'm sure prices will vary with the area but here in Ga. Cocaine runs about $3.10 a can and the Redline is around $3.50. Remember, this is not just your average drinks. I would not recomend drinking them if you have any heart problems or if you are under 18. Also, do not exceed the limit of 1 a day. You'll think you're ok but just wait till you want to rest it won't be found!

There is a sleeping pattern called the "Uberman Sleep". How it work is you stay up for 4 hours then you take a 20-45 minute nap and repeat. It can be hard at times to work your schedule around this, if you miss one nap you will crash hard. It takes about a week or two for your body to get the feel of this new sleep pattern. Once you get the hang of it you will have a lot of free time one your hands to do whatever you want. I did this sleep pattern for about a month has an experiment until I could not work my schedule around it any more. I went to see a doctor after I did this and she said I was fine. Worth trying if you want more free time.

i think take cold showers every like hour or go for a walk all night and take coffee and have your mind flooded with thoughts/worries.

i know one thing, couple years back the whole summer i went to bed at like midnight or 1 or 2 0 clock everyday and then the day before school I decided to go to bed at 8:00. And yea I was laying there for hours to past 3 in the morning and yea i think i could have stayed awake the whole entire night but of course i wouldnt do that b/c i had school so eventually i fell asleep after much frustration. (Very light sleep and i woke up at 7 to go to school). Yea so screw up your brain clock to stay up all night. :D

You might get a night job from eleven to seven. You might go downtown at two o'clock in the night and "enjoy" night-life.

BUT:

Going to bed to sleep not much later than midnight may be good for your health. Sleeping from midnight on, until six or seven in the morning (six-seven hours) may make you feel mentally fresh the whole day long no matter what job you have - it may make you have the fiercy bright glow of healthy life in your face.

No?

If you want to stay up all night & not be tired, you just need to change your internal clock. Start slowly. Go to bed later & later & get up later & later. It usually takes me 3 days to completely change my internal clock. I am used to doing this because I worked night shift for years. Once you get usedto it, it's really no problem staying up all nightr.

I drink a lot of water so that I will end up having to pee a lot. That will keep me up pretty well. I know some people that use caffeine, but that puts me to sleep.
