I'll be at school, and for no reason at all, want to turn around and kill the guy behind me. I don't feel hatred or anything, more curiosity. I don't even know the people I want to kill. It doesn't last long and usually goes away, but after a couple of days I feel it again. It scares me and I'm afraid I might actually do something. How do I make it go away?

I get like that too, but someone usually has to piss me off somehow. Even something minor, like someone cutting in front of me in line at the supermarket. I wish I could just whip out my imaginary gun out my pocket and shoot the back of his greasy head. I know better than to act on those fantasies, though. And it sounds like you do, too. If you ever start seriously wanting to kill someone for the hell of it, or if this issue really concerns you, talk to a professional about it. Don't worry, most people have these fantasies from time to time. As long as they aren't urges, though, you're not crazy. You just have a zany imagination.

While it is possible it is more serious, the simple things you can do to help improve your outlook is basic health. Vitamins (a good multi), calcium citrate with magnisum (calcium for the bones, magnisum helps regulate a lot of things). Stay hydrated and get a lot of sleep (most recent survey I have heard suggests teenagers should get around 9-1/2 hours).

It doesn't sound like a fleeting thought, because you sound pretty scared that you may act on this.I think you need to talk to an adult you trust. Maybe the school counselor? Talk to your parents if you feel comfortable enough to do so.
I'm glad you felt safe enoght to tell us here, but you need to not ignore how you're feeling. Please talk to someone.

Almost everyone has strong violent feelings sometime.
The important thing to know is that your anger isn't caused by the people outside of you. It is your own frustration at something.
