Depending on their position in their faith, all Christians will experience spiritual warfare. When someone is new to the faith, they usually experience more warfare, because Satan is trying to draw them away from the faith.

Yes, all christians experience warfare. and here lately its been a lot tougher battles than ever before with everybody I know!

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
Ephesians 6:12-13

Satan tries to do everything he can to keep people from coming to Jesus. Once we do, Satan will do anything to help keep us from being effective for His Kingdom- when I first became a Christian I was "using" it only as a free ticket to heaven, but when I started to serve God in places that He desired me to serve, and under the power of the Holy Spirit, yes, I experienced spiritual warfare. Satan does not bother anyone who is no threat to him. But greater is He that is in me, than he that is in the world.
