Exercise.
If you get that tightness in your chest it helps to breath into a paper bag (the carbon dioxide loosens those muscles).

There really is no way to get rid of bad nerves and anxiety but to get rid of what is causing it. But if you cant do that then the best bet would be to talk to a doctor and get something prescribed for nerves or talk to a psychiatrist . If you cant afford that then try meditation it helps the mind body and the soul all at once. I know because I have bad nerves and I went and got a nerve pill prescribed and I meditate when I can you could also try something that relaxes your mind something that you find fun to do that way it gets your mind off everything.

I have been taking Anxietol 7 and feel it has really helped my anxiety and stress. It is not prescription. I got it on the internet at MedaBiotics Laboratories. It might be sold at drug stores, too. The reason I was looking for something is because I was having a hard time making it through the day at work. Sometimes I was real nervous and could barely function. Now I feel calmer and able to do my job.

I have severe social anxiety and I have to take medicine to help control it. IT is all in how you control your mind. Take some deep breaths and concentrate on something you like. If you can laydown close your eyes and put on some relaxing music. Breath deeply holding it for a few seconds, when you inhale hold it ad tense your muscles...when you exhale loosen your muscles. It is all in your breathing and relaxing your body.
