I think a great gift would be books. But, if you want to do something more than that then you could buy her a really cute little wooden rocking chair to sit in while she looks at her books. I have 3 daughters and sometimes the gifts at birthdays can be overwhelming. I'll never forget the year my oldest daughter received a rocking chair, new pj's and books. She was in heaven! She was 2 years old and wanted nothing to do with the other gifts she received... "toys". The combination of the chair, books and pjs made her feel like a princess. She said so. I wish she'd smile today the way she did back then when she was 2. Good luck and God bless!

Books. Often children who "have everything" lack books. Parents and others buy them all the toys they want, but forget about how incredible books are as gifts. Find some with a favorite cartoon character on them to read to her when you babysit- they'll become a hit instantly!

I have a 2 year old, she plays with all kinds of different things. The one things I think would be really good is crayons, I think crayola makes crayons that will right on a certain type of paper, I know my daughter loves to draw.

Kids don't want stuff, they want time. If she already has too much stuff, plan a special outing to the park or a children's museum or even story time at the library.
