what does a woman feel when a man calls her a different womans name?

It really depends on the circumstance.
If it is to a girlfriend, chances are she will automatically assume you are having it off with someone else, or that you want to have it off with someone else.
Also, if it is in normal conversation, and you accidentally call her the name of a person you were talking about, or are worried about or something like that, then it is not so bad. Most women would be a little annoyed, but can understand an innocent slight like that.
If you were in a moment of intimacy, This is a huge no no as you should have nobody on your mind but her.
It wouldn't matter if it was your dying grandmothers name... during intimacy, her name is the only one that should be in your head.
Imagine if she called you by the name of some guy she had a thing for.
How would you feel if you thought she was thinking of someone else, or would rather be with someone else.
It's pretty harsh.

Utter disrespect, but have sex with him and call him a different guys name every time you're about to climax and he'll know the feeling.

Yes. It made me realize there was something wrong in my current relationship. After we broke up and I gave it a month to think over, I realized I wasn't over all the BS the ex did and I was in another destructive relationship to get over the old one.

Apologize real quick if you want keep in good graces with your girl. Buy her some roses, buy her a teddy bear, take her out or do something fast to make up for it.

It's never happened to me, but I don't think I would like it.(if he was my boyfriend/husband) But if he was just my friend, I don't think I would care.
