What would you do if your step daugher came back her mothers house with a big bruise on her leg ( hand print) the little girl is for and told me her mommy wooped her

I called the cops and they made a report and took pcitures and stuff Also this is like the 4th time this has happened and the child cries when she goes to her the mothers house !!!

You did the right thing by calling the police. Now you and your husband need to push for supervised visitation so that the visits can be monitored.

If there are no other signs of abuse then I would take a picture of it holding a sign with the date next to it. I would document it and if any other signs appear I would call the police. They will be required to take further action and report the abuse to the correct officials. I hope the little one is ok. Good luck and God bless!

for sure call police and cps. SOmething is not right aobut a hand prinst size bruise. I would also take pics before calling cps and police to file a report.

I would definitely document it. Maybe take a picture, or mark it on the calendar, so that way if this happens again, you can do something about it. It makes your side more valid, if you choose to take it to a higher level.

Tell your husband (or whoever the father is) to make a motion for full custody!
Make sure that everything is documented by you as it will be useful for court.
