Yes, many times in the city of Chihuahua Mexico! Seriously, there are dogs running around everywhere which is kind of sad, but you can always see many dogs on rooftops.

Hahaha - our dogs used to go out on our upstairs deck, climb over the short wall and sit on the roof over the front door. I tell you it's quite funny to walk up the street and see your dog sitting on the roof of your house barking at you LOL.

No but I saw a rottweiler riding down the street on the cab of a pick-up truck...it was too funny! (On the roof of the cab)
