I would pull these pups and use milk replacer with them. By bottle or you might have to tube feed them. If you have never tube fed a pup, you should have your vet show you how. Also get some Nutrical for the pups for supplementation. Check every pup to make sure they do not have a cleft pallate. Check the ***** to make sure she is not sick, does not have mastitis, she may have a retained placenta. The ***** and pups might need to be on antibiotics. Go to the emergency vet if you think something is wrong, especially with the *****.

Try a milk replacement for puppies (almost like baby formula) from the pet store. That's kind of odd that all 6 won't nurse... I've heard of one out of a litter refusing, but never in a group like that before!!!

Does the mother have an infection? Did you change her food or water? Is she not letting her milk down because there's too much going on around her - not enough privacy?

You can separate the other puppies from the mom after they are done feeding so that the runt can get in and get her share. If this doesn't work then you will need to buy puppy milk replacer and bottle feed the pup every 2 hours. You also need to make sure that the mother is stimulating the puppy to go pee and poop, they can't do it on their own when they are these young. If she's not then you will need to wet a cotton ball and gently rub it on her you know what so that she can go to the bathroom. Good luck, and when in doubt call the vet. (the mother and the pups all need to go into the vet within the next couple days for a wellness exam, they will need to start their vaccines and dewormings shortly.)

I guess now you are going to find out what real breeders do. Stay up all night and bottle feed. Each pup needs to eat every two hours and keep them warm. Wipe their bottoms to stimulate elimination (use a piece of terry cloth) Good Luck you'll need it!!!

If you are giving mom access to the pups she will nurse them and they WILL nurse. Just give 'em time. They don't nurse constantly and will frequently take long breaks. Just make sure mom is getting plenty of food and water.
