Just underneath my chin. Its a perfect circle. No hair seems to be growing. Thank you.

It sounds like you may have a skin infection that caused the hair loss. Ringworm (skin infection) can cause hair loss in the affected area. If you notice any scaly skin and a rash, this could be the cause.

At any rate maybe you should consider seeing your doctor. If it is a skin rash - you will need prescription medication to treat it.

As a kid you might have got a burn there or fell and scraped it and the skin tissue there could be a scar....

if you have had chicken pox maybe you popped one of the dots and now your hair won't grow there anymore. maybe if you had it while you were an infant.
