When I'm in bed, my kitten comes up to me and lies under the blanket as close to me as possible. Then she starts to meow and gets up then licks my chin and purrs like crazy. She wants to be petted and then again licks me...while I'm petting and kissing her, she starts to bite my nose, ears, chin and lips. She bites really hard and twice she has made my lip gush out tons of blood. It bled forever! I like to cuddle with her but without the biting. My other cats don't do this. How do I get her to stop?

She obviously believes she is playing with you. You might tap her on the end of the nose and tell her no or block her from biting you in the face with your hand.

She's giving you love bites...however the little kitten teeth are sharp...when she's biting you grab her by the scruff and gently pull her back...she'll catch on and if not give her a little shake and say no...it may take some time, but it'll work. My cat used to bite my head...he learnt not to do that, but he still munches on my toes if I don't lean over and pet him.

When your kitty starts biting you anywhere, face or otherwise, grab her her by the scruff of her neck and shake her GENTLY, say no and then put her on the floor. She will get the message but it will take a little bit of patience and time.

Well I put my hand on his face and cover his eyes if he's getting you're arms grab him and put him in a room close the door and let him settle down and later open the door.

I've had many cats that did this, My grandma always called it "Love bites" hah!

Use as spray bottle with water to spray her when she does this.She will learn
