Deep-fried is SO good! BUT, for health I'd choose grilled more often.
What about you? Do you try to eat healthfully by sticking to non-greasy chicken, or can you just not help yourself?

I like chicken baked.
to get the taste of KFC without frying:
flour mixed with salt, pepper, powdered mustard, paprika
toss chicken pieces in a bad with the flour mix
bake the chicken in the oven on a rack (so the grease drains off) for 1 hour at 350F or until the juices run clear
Great Taste way less Fat

I'm from the south, and nothing beats some good deep fried chicken...BUT grilled is so much healthier, I eat it more that way. Plus there are so many marinades you can do with grilled chicken. Yum, now I'm hungry.

I guess is better to eat grilled foods. I always eat grilled. Besides that is healthier in my opinion is better and very tasty... Deep-fried is to grasy and after you eat it you feel totally full as if you ate a lot of food. That is just me though.

I love fried chicken best, but I do have grilled chicken more often though.

i like both but however when i feel like fried chicken i have a little piece and then take an extra long walk later. i try to eat healthy but if my body tells me it wants something i give myself a little bit theres no harm in small quantities

Greasy fried chicken is disgusting. *ugh* barf! You can always roll it around in some bread crumbs and put it in the oven.....
