I'm making pork chops right now!
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of chili powder
2 tablespoons of vinegar (I used apple cider vinegar)
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Rub chops on both sides
Bake until tender (about 20 minutes at 350...they will be slightly pink on the inside).

Salt, pepper, garlic powder. Brown in a skillet, add a can of tomato soup and some sliced green peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes (check for doneness--juices should be clear). Serve with rice and a nice salad.
