Thaw wings first create batter mix by mixing 6 ounces
of white flour, 1 ounce black pepper and 1 ounce of two other spices you like ( garlic, cayenne, etc )

Put wings in stainless bowl add flour mixture and toss wings
Cook your wings into pre-heated oil first 10-15 minutes depending on size of wings ( two bones, drummettes )

Remove from oil shake well, cover with your different sauces and put them into pre-heated oven for an additional 5 minutes

Enjoy !

I have only tried a few times, but simply deep fry the wings for 12-14 minutes at 375 F while you make mixture of butter and the Frank's sauce. Toss the chicken in the sauce and you have HOT WINGS.

I don't know what your tastes are, but here are a few ideas:
Season your wings first with salt and pepper to taste.
1. Franks hot sauce/butter- Fry wings or bake, which ever you like best, cook till wings are above 165 degrees, drain fat, put in a container that has a lid, add your sauce, cover with lid and toss, serve immediatelly.
2. Same as above Fry/bake wings toss in bbq sauce, serve.
3. Try different Salad dressings such as:
- Ranch Dressing liquid/dry seasoning mix
- Creamy Italian liquid dressing/ or zesty Italian seasoning mix
- Honey mustard liquid dressing

I prefer Fried wings myself, but for the healthier method they can be baked.

Enjoy, also try serving your wings with Celery and Blue cheese on the side for plain Fried wings or Buffalo style.

Franks hot sauce with butter and dash of vinegar, the more butter you add the less hot the wings are, sometimes I add i little bit of a dry package of Ranch dressing

bake wings in oven for about 20 minutes....

take wings out and slather with BBQ sauce (I did about 2/3 cup for about 18 wings)... and let it marinate for about another 20 minutes...

and then either bake in the oven for another 20 minutes or finish them off on the BBQ for about 20 minutes.... brushing with additional sauce..... turn wings over about half way through the cooking time too...

I made them that way a few days ago... they were soo good...

Little bit of chili powder and Lawry's seasoned salt gives a good different taste with the spice.....
Go easy on the hot stuff because you still want to taste the chicken.........Oh or simple ground black pepper......
Defiantly deep fry them don't bake or pan fry.......

if you roll the thawed wings in flour, seasoning salt, garlic powder, and pepper and throw them in the oven they will bake up nice and crispy and then just flavor them with what you like. when i make my wings people love them
