if it is on your foot let it be. it will go away in time and there is no need risking infection. the truth is that it doesn't make it less painful even...

No. Your body will reabsorb the blood. By popping it you only create the potential for infection which will lead you to having a sore foot. Now if by chance it pop's on its own then you need to clean the area with soap and water, place a small amount of antibiotic cream on, top it with a finger band-aid and you are good to go. Just keep it clean for a few days and it shouldn't be a problem.

No. The layer of skin over the wound is protecting it from getting infected. Leave it. But if it just goes flat and hangs around a while, I'd pull it off because it's already healed.

I would, both times I gotten one it's popped, one time I was holding my baby brother and it popped and I didn't notice and my Mom freaked out and thought he was bleeding.Poke it with a needle and then cover it for about a day or so with a bandaid (if you use a cloth bandaid,it can be left on longer.

If you allow the skin to remain unbroken ,it will heal much faster.Cover it with a band-aid and let it recede naturally. When the underlying skin has developed, the blister will slough off.
