I have done it before but I want it to stay curled for like 8 hours, I use hair spray, but the thing is that I want curls and waves... like fashion curls a little uncurled, so I like the a little messy and after I do them I shake my head a lot.
How to keep this look for like 8 hours or even 6??!!

Put curlers in your hair before you go to bed, and when you wake up spray your hair with really strong hair spray before you take the curlers out. If you see your curls starting to uncurl put so more hair spray in you hair and twist your hair with your fingers.
If that doesn't work you can always get a semi-perm. They last for about a day and you hair uncurls when you wash it.

i began curling my hair a pair years in the past utilising a curling iron...and this technique works for me every time. sounds like I also have a similar length hair as you to boot... one million) section your hair the place you like it. 2) initiate with one area, and take sections of hair that are particularly skinny, yet are 2 or 3 inches extensive. 3) Curl the hair by skill of putting the curling iron on the spectacular of your head, do no longer open the clasp....basically bypass away it close. And wrap the hair around the barrel from the spectacular to the backside. It seems such as you have been establishing the clasp, and then rolling the hair from the backside to the spectacular. because of the fact that your no longer utilising the clasp, you will ought to hold the tip of the component of hair in place, yet i hit upon this works lots greater desirable. 4) carry the hair and curling iron in place for 10-15 seconds according to component of hair. 5) proceed this until all hair is curled, then toss curls so as that they are greater organic looking! i do no longer use any product, and my hair remains placed all day...even with a view to to set gently with hairspray while finished. wish this facilitates!

Well when your hair is wet try putting some good strong spray gel in it and lighly scrunching it just enough that it is not stuck to your head then dry it with your head upside down or let it dry naturaly if you do the natural dry then once it is dry use a pick to pick out your hair then spray with hair spray

Do not use too much hairspray. It weighs your hair down and causes your curls to fall a lot faster. Try using a curl enhancing shampoo and conditioner and product before you curl your hair. Good luck!

Do you have a natural wave to your hair? Because if I want waves/curls like you're talking about, all I have to do is partially dry my hair with a towel and then I just scrunch it with a stong mousse or gel. And it stays like that all day.

Hot rollers or hot sticks. Some people just don't have the hair for it though. Use Mouse and keep the palm aids and shine stuff to a minimum as it will weigh your hair down.

Use a setting lotion instead of hair spray. Apply the setting lotion to wet/damp hair and roll it with rollers. You will have curls all day.
