Why would it be unethical? It just might not be appropriate. The question is do you want the professor there because he/she is a legit part of your life? Or are you trying to score points? No one wants to attend a wedding of someone they are not close to.

No. Unless you were having an affair with the professor before you are to be married and even then sending the invitation would not be unethical just tacky

If you were close to a professor I don't think that it is unethical. I attended a small college and the classes were small and intimate, everybody knew everyone and we included each other and the instructors in everything. No one expected special treatment, so nobody looked down on anyone for inviting the instructors to special occasions.

Absolutely not, if you are considering inviting a professor it obviously means you are comfortable with them, not unethical at all. afterall it is your wedding!

Of course not. If you got along with this professor and had a good relationship with him/her, then I'm sure they'd be honored to attend your wedding.

No, because it's not a form of bribery - there's no way he can benefit from attending or not, and therefore can't sway your grade. It's okay to invite teachers and coworkers/bosses to personal, social events, as long there is no sexual implications or bribery.
