Super (C) is freeware that allows you to convert between multiple file types. It can be tricky depending on the type of conversion that you want to do. It can be found at:

If you have $60 or $70 to spend, Nero Vision (a component of Nero Ultimate 7.0) can import those files. Rather than burning them to a DVD (the intended purpose of the program), you can export the files into many different formats. You can find this at any electronics retailer.
