An obvious answer is to do the same thing you did to attract your old boyfriend. It worked once already...

Something you should ask youself is why are you put the effort into making your old boyfriend jealous if you already broke up with him. That's a good indication that you are still attracted to him. It is also not fair to your new boyfriend, because you are using him to get back at your old boyfriend.

Trust me - playing head games like that is going to get you hurt more it will hurt your old boyfriend. Either go back to him or move on. Life is too short.
