whats the best way on filing on tax retures?

That depends on how you want to pay for your taxes being prepared and how quickly you want your money. If you are good at stuff like that you can go to the www.irs.gov and prepare your own through the free efile program. Or you can go to an office and have a professional prepare them for you. I work for H & R Block and they have many options for you to choose from if you are interested call your local office or go to www.hrblock.com.

If you've never done it before you should just get a paper form and fill it out by hand. That will take all the mystery out of it. It's really not a big deal unless you work for yourself or have some other odd situations.

All the difficult stuff (selling stock, home office deduction, etc) really has to do with finding the appropriate records for things and you have to do that no matter how you file.
