I had a question in violation today and I support some form of amnesty/ semi-legal status for those that are already in country/ those looking to come here.... And it was justified because it was to much statement and not really a good question....
So both sides are getting censored

They were doing it when I came on here in June06 So for quite awhile.Welcome to "we don't let you say the truth, unless its our truth" ..
At times it doesn't matter what you say if people don't like you or your views they will hit the report button and ZAP you will get a violation for nothing.
I have written to customer care so many times and they don't do anything at all.
CASE IN POINT
You have posted content to Yahoo! Answers in violation of our Community Guidelines. As a result, your content has been deleted.
Question: Did the group face prejudice,?
Question Details: What group ? And do your own homework,it helps build character.
Deleted Answer: What group ? And do your own homework,it helps build character.
Reason of Violation:Not a Question or Answer
If you have feedback on this violation, please contact Customer Care.
Yahoo! Answers Team
The person didn't ask what group, each and every other answer to this post was just like mine.Wheres the TOS violation?
Why werent the other 7 or 8 answers not deleted also. The person did not ask a question that could be answered.
****************************************************************
.Each side posts nasty race related questions and answers,Some people from both sides of the issue are guilty of racists posts, not just one side.If you think that Yahoo doesn the deleting on its own yopu are mistaken. When a question is reported they simply delet the question or answer without checking into it.
I am a level 7 so I must know how to ask and answer questions .

Answer: They do not.
They remove questions and answers that violate their Community Guidelines. You can find them here:
http://answers.yahoo.com/info/community_guidelines.php
People, this is not rocket science, nor is it a big conspiracy. Someone upstairs gave an example asking why the answer was deleted. Answer: it was indeed NOT an answer. ("Everyone else did it" does NOT mean it didn't violate the guidelines. You were free to report everyone else as well.).
I don't doubt that Yahoo Answers cannot possibly monitor every question and answer it gets, it relies on it's users to report abuse and it makes mistakes. And maybe their customer care should be more responsive. But the questions on this site seem strangely anti-illegal immigration and pro-conservative for a website that is supposedly performing censorship.

I have not been on Yahoo Answers for long so I cannot accurately answer your question. I have never had a question deleted, but then, I have only asked one and it was just about technical issues.
I shall make an observation, however.
Yahoo allows more than I allow on my own board.
I see "questions" all the time that are nothing but bigoted slams. They do not have any point other than to say "I hate Mexicans, I hate Homos, I hate Blacks, I hate Gypsies, I hate whatever". They have no point other than to offend someone. There is no real question.
If Yahoo is deleting "questions" such as these, good for them!
If they are deleting valid questions from people who have controversial views, or questions posed politely from people who dislike a certain group of people, that is wrong. If they are censoring actual inquiries, rather than the "Mexicans/Blacks/etc are rotton, stinky, so and sos and shoud just die", they are wrong.
Everyone has the right to their opinion, however, I do not believe everyone has the right to bigoted slams with no point other than just that... bigoted slams.

to no longer point out: 14. in the event that they are granted amnesty they might have the ability to vote for our destiny presidents. i think of that is definitely tousled how they are able to easily bypass over right here, commit crimes, and then get a number of those advantages with the aid of fact the politicians in workplace purely hand those out to them. they actually handle those unlawful immigrants extra appropriate than they handle their very own components. the element is, the politicians do no longer care. All they care approximately is staying in power - that's why they are promoting this "amnesty" crap. with the aid of fact as quickly as they furnish the illegals amnesty, they are able to vote for the politicians to stay in workplace. meaning removing the politicians would be EVEN extra durable than EVER in the past. Epecially in the event that they are able to furnish 15 to twenty million unlawful immigrants at a time. that is with regard to the votes, and that is all approximately staying in power. for this reason, and basically for this reason, might I comply with having a regulation like those in those different worldwide places you have listed. Illegals, and notably those that commit crimes and kill our very own people, would not have the ability to get a unfastened bypass into this united states. they do no longer deserve it. and that they effective as heck did no longer earn it.

yea I know wha tyou mean. here is the most recent one i got -
it was in politics and the question was would you vote for a woman as pres.
my answer was -
For me , and thats the only person we can truly speak for, if I saw a woman presidential candidate who I really believed had their head on straight.. if they were going fight to bring the USA back toward what it started out and was intended to be.. well you bet your a** I would vote for her. Hillary just isnt that person. I dont believe her. I dont trust her. I would be just as welcoming to anyone, white black red or brown, woman, man.. whatever.
the email said i violated community guidlines. the ** was not a word edited by them it was what I typed. i surely wasnt being derogatory to anyone and I really have no idea what it was deleted for.
I emailed and asked out of curiosity but got no answer back. at least not yet.

I look forward to being censored from these low life's, I have a case just waiting. I have documented so many raciest comments geared toward legal Americans that any case they bring will be mute and I will win costs and damages.

Why do the Antis assume that their questions are the ones deleted? As I see it, there is backlash on both ends. It's clear that this issue is divided and that we can't get past the insults.

The censorship comes from people who disagree with you. I was once a level 5 but my account was suspended because of my strong conservative views. After I was suspended I started 2 new accounts; 1 I continued to speak strongly and passionately about conservative topics, the other I used as foul of language as I could possibly could. It did not take long for both accounts to get suspended but guess which one went first?

I slipped under the radar one night. They were all probably on a coffee break. Either that or it surprised the hell out of them, they didn't know what to do.
