Porterhouse, since it's the best of both worlds (New York Strip AND Filet Mignon), cooked medium well and a nice glass of Port on the side. Yumm...

I would rather have a Sirloin Steak, even though I like barbecued ribs and roast beef. I have never tried Filet Mignon.

Porterhouse, about an 1 1/4" thick, seasoned with light salt, lots of fresh ground pepper and minced garlic, allowed to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes, grilled medium rare over a direct-medium charcoal fire for about 5 1/2 minutes per side (according to the cookout calculator at charcoalbob.com).

Filet mignon medium, not medium well. It doesn't have to have the bacon around it either.

I like sirloin, but I used to work at Sizzler, and that's pretty much all we had, so that's what I ate the most. I'll eat steak rare, medium or well done, but not charcoal, that's gross. Most steaks taste pretty much the same to me. I like them all!

RIB steak--and yes, it is different than ribeye.
I eat meat well done...if there's any blood left, I won't eat it.
That's why I only eat steak I grill myself---it is NOT true that a well-done steak is tough, you just have to take the time to do it RIGHT, which will never happen in a restaurant!
