Some food is high in fat, calories, or salt, and should be limited.
Red meat can lead to high cholesterol, so eat more chicken & fish.

Many cereals are high in sugar..eat whole grain cereals that are unsweetened.

Processed food can have as much as HALF the sodium you need in a day in ONE serving! Watch out for that...

Junk food, like chips, candy, cakes, etc are high calorie and empty of nutrition...stick to fresh fruit or popcorn when snacking.

It really depends.

Alot of natural things aren't bad for you. But when you've got "bars" of any kind,watch the sugar,& I say the same with cereals. & the best kind of sugar? NATURAL.in actual fruits,& no other. anything refined isn't good for you,it's not the way nature intended.the more processed,the worse it is.

think before you buy,check the boxes & if it tastes sweet and isn't from plants,it is BAD for you.if you can't easily see/figure how it was gotten from it's orginal source,it's bad for you.

Look for whole grain cereals--way too much sugar and additives in many of them. Fresh fruits and vegetables are so much better than possessed foods.

I'm sure they are everywhere in everyday foods, when they are overprocessed like crazy like a lot of them are.

probly the worst fruit for you is the mago because the seeds are are high in soudium iodized suger molocules witch are more calories than a bowl of frozen yogart trust me i way 800 pounds due to those darn mango seeds!!!!!!!!!!!!

tangy apples or oranges can make your teeth enamels hurt just a tad. and don't eat too much sour candy!
