I have never had a past life experience. But it is interesting. The only thing that scares me about past lives is if we really do have past lives and we get reborn then we will get reborn after this life and forget all about it. I do not want to forget this life because then it would be like forgetting who I am, which kind of freaks me out. But it would be cool, if we did have past lives, to be able to know who we were and what we did. It would be crazy if I was someone famous, or a samurai fighter or something. Interesting topic, I will do some research on this.

I have never believed in past lives and I still don't, but (this might sound stupid) everytime I see a photo of the Grand Duchess Anastasia Romanoff, the princess whose family was assassinated, I feel a very strong connection to her, I feel almost as if I know her, or something about her that I can't quite explain or speak out, because I don't know what it is yet. Ur not crazy, but it could all be active imaginations too, I am known for being quite the drama queen myself, and I have an active imagination, but yes, that's how I feel when I see the Grand Duchess Anastasia Romanoff.

Yes, they are interesting, but what you describe isn't related to that. I have reason to believe that I've been a crystal tech in Atlantis, a shaman for several centuries in various places, a sailor, especially once aboard a China Tea Clipper, and a lieutenant shot during the island hopping campaign on the way to Japan. Unfortunately, I don't have enough details to check on any of them.

Ella, you sound like a Zeta Reticulan. You have a better heritage than that. Why not explore it a bit?

Usually, the more proven accounts of past lives being recalled generally happen to children up to and slightly around 4 years old, then the memory starts to fade off, if there ever was any. Very seldom do accounts of past lives carry beyond that (that have been proven), they do sometimes but it's RARE.

Fear of snakes, fireworks and so on are NOT recollections of past lives, they're just thoughts and reactions based on incorrect perception.

There are many problems with the salvation-by works doctrine of reincarnation. First, there are many practical problems. For example:
1. We must ask, why does one get punished for something he or she cannot remember having done in a previous life?
2. If the purpose of karma is to rid humanity of its selfish desires, then why hasn't there been a noticeable improvement in human nature after all the millennia of reincarnations?
3. If reincarnation and the law of karma are so beneficial on a practical level, then how do advocates of this doctrine explain the immense and ever-worsening social and economic problems - including widespread poverty, starvation, disease, and horrible suffering - in India, where reincarnation has been systematically taught through out its history?
There are also many biblical problems with believing in reincarnation. For example, in 2 Corinthians 5:8 the apostle Paul states, "We are confident, I say, and would prefer to be away from the body and at home with the Lord." At death, the, the Christian immediately goes into the presence of the Lord, not into another body. In keeping with this. Luke 16:19-31 tells us that unbelievers at death go to a place of suffering, not into another body.
Further, Hebrews 9:27 assures us that "man is destined to die once, and after that to face judgment." Each human being LIVES ONCE as a mortal on earth, DIES ONCE, and then FACES JUDGMENT. He does not have a second chance by reincarnating into another body.

Yes, I have, but I don't want to get bashed by the Christian fundies here, so I'm not going to get into it. You're on the right track, though, keep looking into it.

Heres the thing. You began when your 2 original cells combined, and you are going to end when you die. That's how it works. Sorry to burst your bubble but there is no such thing as a past life or a next life. We are animals, more or less, governed by instinct, chemicals and a series of electrical impulses. That's all.
