Does Aleve have any negative side effects?

I read that it can make you're stomach bleed and that worries me.
I take about 2-4 for 2 days a month for cramps. I just switched from Advil to Aleve so I was wondering.

Although Aleve (naproxen sodium) is very well tolerated, there are a few side effects. The most common complaint is stomach upset. Also, in prolonged use and high doses, it can contribute to bleeding inside the digestive tract. Side effects are more common when combined with other medications. At the doses that you can buy these in the store, there is not much to worry about when taken as directed.
