Well, some of the other answers so far are no help, so here's my ten cent's worth.
It's a cliche, but so true: you are so young, and there is so much time - why rush?
Girls like someone that has confidence in themselves - maybe the rape has dented your self-confidence and they can pick up on it. If you've never had counselling about the rape, I'd advise you to get some - sometimes these issues bury themselves deep down and affect you badly without you knowing.
In the meantime, make sure you mix with people - go to parties and go out with your pals. Don't look for the right person - BE the right person.
Again, it's a cliche, but I believe in it 10000% - there is someone out there for everybody. But it's a big world and sometimes it takes time.
I didn't find the one true love of my life until I was 30, and we met on the internet, and are now engaged to be married. I'd given up hope of finding anyone special, and wasn't looking, but love still found me.
Keep your chin up, look after yourself, mix wth friends and other people, and it'll find you too.

b/c girls dont like guys with big mouths.(no offense)
do u think u are cute, because if u are not, maybe u should step your game up!
and if u ask girls out too much (trust me it gets around), no one is going to like u.
try to date a girl on your level.

You need to go to different places (i.e. the mall, movies) and make new friends. Let them get to know you before you just go and ask them out. You will find somebody some day. Don't try and make it happen

apparently the gals are only going with guys they think are cute or whatever--in this case I wouldnt waste my time on these girls as they are "BENEATH " you. You dont have the problem, these "girls" have the problem
