hi, i got this one quick bread mix in a box, and i was wondering if i could mix some chocolate chips in with it before i cook it, its a cinnamon swirl bread mix. would it turn out right? and would it taste good? has anyone ever tried it? thanks

I've used several types of baking chips in quick bread mixes--works fine! Try butterscotch chips in cinnamon swirl mix--Yummy!!

You could do it, it wouldn't hurt or change anything but usually people don't mix cinamon and chocolate. Sounds like a good experiment thought.

Come to think of it I had a pumpkin spice chocolate chip muffin once and it was good, same flavours.

You can add chocolate chips, but first toss the choc chips in flour so they don't all sink to the bottom of the bread. Or mix them in with your dry ingredients.
