i found out that i have this cyst that in this site on my intestines'causes cancer'with this one there is no cure...i am raising my 10 yr old neiphew'and this operation takes with recovery about 2weeks..i;m scared that I'm going to die as my health is not that great.with this cyst I've lost 60 pounds in a year,,,my nephew has no one else in our family...if i die he'll go to the stateland that's not good..... if i find my neiphew i have in washshougal wa hopefully he and his wife will watch my son's they met 3yrs ago....what do you think need some advise ....i need ideas...thank you everyone and god bless

You need to make a will and put it in court so child welfare can't take your kids.If they find out you are dying they will take your kids then this way if they do you they will be placed with someone you just.The reason I know this is because the welfare took my godson away from his mother because she lived with her mom while she was dying.Right know get all your paper work done. please don't wight to the last minute.I will pray for you

Have the surgery. Hopefully you can find family members who can help you out, or maybe friends.
Do you attend church? Check with the pastor to see if he knows anyone who can help you out.
Contact social services in your area. Someone there may be able to help.
Ask at your doctor's office if they can recommend assistance for you.
I'll keep you in my prayers.
