I know this is going to be vague but can anyone suggest the approximate cost of redecorating 18 bedrooms, fitting 5 bathrooms, 2 reception rooms, 10 showers and 3 flights of stairs and hallways. all rooms need new flooring, lighting, paint, furniture and curtains. No labour costs, just the materials etc? I know it's kind of like how long is a piece of string but has anyone done something similar? How much did it cost. (this is in uk)

Thanks for the estimates. The plan is for a guesthouse, it is already an hmo and has persmission for a guesthouse, the structure, roof etc. is sound, the plumbing is in place it's just a matter of refurbishing. We've had the property for some time as student accomodation so it meets all fire safety regulations. Thanks so much btw
