for about 7 or 8 months now i have had three or four ear infections three or four strep throat and uper respirty infection and stomic vireses they go away but soon they come back even stronger. im geting a cat scan soon to determin if i need sinus surgury if i get surgury should it fix all of this

It may help some but don't count on it . have you tried the saline wash> you use salt and warm water and you (sounds bad)but work. you put it in your noise you wash out you sinus, . but think ever thing end up in you stomach so it all will make you sick. I found doing the saline rinse and keep up on my allergy meds it works the best..My dad and two other I know had it done and My dad it mad him more sick,and my two friends had to have it done over and there are both really bad now...

hard to answer yes or no to this question. all depends on you, your treatment and how your body responds. i can't say if the upper resp infection is related to your stomach virus, could be. if that is the case you are just getting reinfected by a viral syndrome of some kind. sounds like to me, you need to build up your immunity. are you sure it was strep that caused your throat infection? or do you mean you have a recurring throat infection? it could be you had dual infections going on. if you are under a doctors care they should be able to tell you want bug caused what infection.

Well the doctor should be able to tell. I can't see them performing surgery for no raeson.
Sometimes it's the same infection as the first was never fully cured (didn't take all medication or should gone back for more) and it not being cleared up would come back stronger and be immune to the same vaccine.

It may help with ear infections but as for the rest I don't see how. Don't know though. I had sinus surgery to correct breathing and get rid of drainage. And also got my tonsils taken out.
You may need your tonsils out if you get strep throat that often.
