as gross as they are grapefruit, hummus with pita bread wedges, salad with hard boiled eggs broccoli shredded carrots lettuce and no salad dressing just vinegar and oil (olive oil) fish , cottage cheese, and yogurt, all are not the most tempting of foods but extremely good for you. oh and beans and brown rice too

fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, drinking water.
Having foods with protein gives you energy along with working out.

nuts, oatmeal, peanut butter, whole wheat pasta with garlic sauce, fruit and nut bars, not sure if you wanted meals or snacks
