Unbelief, incontinence, disobedience, deceit, sorrow, wickedness, wantonness, anger, falsehood, folly, backbiting, and hatred are the original 12 vices that will keep you entering the kingdom of heaven.
This later returned to Catholic teaching as the eight principal vices": gluttony, fornication, avarice, anger, dejection, languor (or sloth), vainglory, and pride as taught by John Cassian who was later named a Saint.
Only to later be changed again to the seven sins to match up better with the seven virtues which are Faith Hope charity fortitude justice prudence and temperance.

Sanctimoniousness
I was hesitant with this answer because it could be considered similar to pride, but then I considered the fact that gluttony and greed are already close enough anyway... so my answer stands.

Hyperventilation. the present checklist are issues that are stable or needed moderately, yet that are counterproductive if finished too plenty. They contain feeling romantic, eating, needing stuff, enjoyable, disliking something, being aggressive, and liking your self.. those are all organic issues that we try this strengthen our existence. even nonetheless, they're indexed as Lust, Gluttony, Greed, Sloth, Wrath, Envy, and delight (and capitalized even), so as that they may well be vilified. in reality, in case you bypass to the different opposite, you get issues that are purely as undesirable for you. they may well be prudishness, ravenous, poverty, workaholic, apathy, no interest in others, and lack of self assurance. those are purely as undesirable. So, the 8 sin could be "Hyperventilation", once you're going alongside the comparable line. respiratory is thoroughly organic and stable, nonetheless too plenty and you hyperventilate (too little and you sufficate).

Leaving your shopping cart in the middle of a perfectly good parking spot, especially on a windy day so it can roll across the lot and dent someone's door. People who do that suck. It would have been nice if in "Se7en" Kevin Spacey's character could have punished one of those jerks in an ironic way.

Talking in a movie theater.
OK, I'll give a serious answer. Selfishness. It's related to greed and pride, but distinct enough to merit its own placement.
