If you left school or graduated and entered repayment and then return to school as a degree seeking student to finish your bachelors or begin graduate school, then your student loans would be defered until you either graduate or drop below half time. In this case you may be eligible to take additional student loans unless you have reached your aggregate loan limits.

As long as you haven't went over your aggregate limit. As an undergrad, you can use a total of $46,000. As long as you haven't went over that you wills till be able to take out your stafford loans. It should automatically go into repayment so you won't have to pay anything until after graduation or if you go below part time in 2 terms.
