Canada not only has a much larger coastline than the US, but it has the largest coast line of any country in the WORLD!!
Canada's coastline is the world's longest at 243,792 km or 151,485 miles (including the coastline of the country's 52,455 islands.)

Different web sites show different lengths. One has 202,080 km and another has 265,523 km for Canada's coastline. According to the site referenced below, Canada is #1 in the world with 243,791 km and the US is #9 with 19,924 km.
