What would you think I was trying to do if I followed it up with a general fun conversation?

But what would you think if instead I followed it up with a fun conversation but instead of it just being fun I added things like "your beautiful" and asked questions about what kind of things you liked to do and stuff like that. Then what would you think I was trying to do?

I would LOVE it. You're cute. I would know you were interested in me and I would talk to you, in hopes that you would ask me out. Really!

I love your pic.

I think you are just trying to be friendly with your "isn't it a nice day" question. But if you followed up with "your beautiful" comment and asked all kinds of questions, I think you were just getting a little too personal there buddy, and it's a little strange and a bit forward which can be a turn off for some women.

With a general conversation - I would just take it as that and nothing more. General friendship. However if you followed with comments about my beauty and what I liked to do and things like that - I would assume you were flirting and that you were heading in the direction of asking me out on a date.
Hope that helps

It depends. If I knew you already, I would probably be flattered and keep up the conversation, thinking that you were trying to pursue a relationship of some sort. But if you were a complete stranger, then I would just think you were creepy.

I would just think that you are being nice if its just a fun conversation. But if it included saying "you're beautiful" and asking about me I would think that you were interested in me.

That always depends on whether or not you're attractive. If yes, then it's a fun conversation. If not, it's an annoyance.

I would think you were flirting. I'd be flattered, continue the conversation, but not let it go anywhere because I'm happily in a relationship.

In both situations I'd assume you were trying to hit on me. I'd be more inclined to flirt back with the first one, especially if we were really getting along. I don't really like it when guys are being painfully obvious.

If you just said hi, nice day, I would think you were just being friendly. Nothing wrong with that.

But if you added all that other stuff (and I did not know you) it would scare me.
