It is a little intimidating. The other person in a relationship needs to feel needed. If it seems like you can do everything, yes that could be a turn-off.

If she thinks she's smarter, prettier, more successful or more driven than you - and it's a problem for her - then yes of course. Lots of hot, smart, successful people out here that are a huge waste of time.
